Before Turbo ( Passen Motorsport, OH - Jan 17 00 )

1 - Base ( GReddy PE, AEM Pulley, 17" Ace Cyclone, Field SFC VTEC Controller )

2 - VTEC X-over at 4500rpm

3 - VTEC X-over at 4500rpm. fuel set at -2 -2 -2 -2 +2 0 0 0

4 - VTEC X-over at 4200rpm, fuel set at -2 -2 -2 -2 +2 0 0 0

5 - VTEC X-over at 4200rpm, fuel set at -3 -3 -3 -1 +2 +1 +1 0

Dyno 1, 2 and 3 Dyno 1, 4 and 5 Dyno 3, 4 and 5  

 

 

After Turbo ( Dynospot Racing, CA - Wide band O2 sensor with stock cat bolted on )

2 - Base ( Drag Gen 2 @ 0.50 bar with APEX-i AVC-R, 12:1 FMU, GReddy PE, AEM Pulley, 17" Ace Cyclone, Field SFC VTEC Controller )

5 - 0.55bar ( 7.8psi ) of boost. I was hoping that by running more boost, I could burn more fuel, thus leaning my mixture a bit more; didn't really work either. Time for a adjustable FPR.

6 - 0.50bar ( 7.2psi ) of boost. Even though I had -10% between 5k - 8k, I was still running rich from 5.3k onwards.

43 - 0.50bar of boost. Changed SFC settings so that there is up to -30% at the top end; getting almost 12.5:1 A/F ratio, but still not making power

Initial Tuning with Haltech E6K ( Dynospot Racing, CA - Mar 29 02 )

56 - Base ( 5.6psi ) of boost. Mainly a baseline run since I was tuning to get a stumble out instead of max power. Good A/F ratio all the way to redline. This is the first dyno that I have with Haltech and the new turbo installed.
